Shepherd's cottage lies to the west end of the property and it is the smallest cottage. It has views to the South and West. It has a comfortable and spacious sitting room with multi-fuel stove, a CD/cassette player and television with DVD player. The large kitchen / dining room is well appointed and has electric cooker (with oven), fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is full oil-fired central heating in season.
The first floor consists of two large bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower.
The front door opens onto the courtyard with its fantastic views south over the fields to the loch.
The rear of the cottage opens onto a private courtyard with barbecue and garden furniture.
